What Calmretry does

Detects failed charges

Spots subscription payments that were declined, failed for insufficient funds, or failed because a card expired.

Sends a friendly note

Plain, human emails sent on your behalf, with a secure link where your customer can update their card and pay the open invoice.

Stops on its own

Emails stop as soon as the invoice is paid, voided, or the subscription is cancelled. Nobody gets nagged.

Shows recovered revenue

A simple dashboard and a quiet weekly summary: what was recovered, what is still at risk, and what was sent.

How it works

  1. Connect your billing account

    Connect with a restricted, read-only key. Calmretry reads invoices, charges and subscriptions. It cannot move money or change anything in your account.

  2. See where revenue is leaking

    A free report shows failed payments from the last 90 days, split by reason, and the cards that are about to expire.

  3. Turn on recovery emails

    Choose and edit your templates. When a payment fails, Calmretry sends a short sequence of emails (for example day 0, 3, 7 and 12) until the invoice is paid.

  4. Get on with your week

    You get one calm summary a week. When nothing needs you, it says so.
